Hướng dẫn cấu hình gửi nhận mail (Microsoft Office Outlook 2007)

Bạn mở Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 => Tools, chọn Account Settings...

Ở Tab E-mail, bạn nhấn nút New


Bạn chọn Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP và nhấn Next

Bạn check vào ô Manually configure server settings or additional server types và nhấn Next

Bạn chọn Internet E-mail và nhấn Next

Nhập thông tin vào các ô

Incoming Mail server và Outgoing Mail server(SMTP): bạn nhập mail.tendomain
Lưu ý: Bạn Không check vào Require logon using Source Password Authentication(SPA)

Bạn Click More Settings

Ở tab Outgoing Server bạn nhớ check vào My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Bạn nhấn ok => Next => Finish để hoàn tất

Cấu hình lưu lại một bản email copy trên server
Bạn click More settings...
=> check vào Leave a copy of messages on the server
